Includes all 4 black vs wheels caps and all come wit valvestems

Had plans to rebuild them but never got to it so they just been sitting in my room.

For $1600 might just throw in 4 brand new tires (unmounted and unknown brand) and a set of brand new 20mm h&r wheel spacers and an opened but unused set of 25mm h&r wheel spacers.
